I focus on individual growth as Growth occurs when individuals confront problems and challenge these obstacles. Through this struggle he/she develop new aspects of their skills, gains clarity and views about life.

I have over 5 years of experience in the field of Training and Counselling. Being associated with NGO’s, schools, government projects and mental health organizations have added to my learning and experience. 

I have worked with different age groups from children to professionals in the areas of soft skill development, personality development, child development, workshops on different aspects of life like positive attitude, life skill training, mindfulness, stress management, productivity and many more. 

In the end, it is always advisable to get a clear sense of direction based on our strengths and weaknesses and I plan on guiding my clients on the same path.
